World of Opinions for Public Opinion Surveys (WoO – Jordan, Kuwait, and the United States) is an independent Arab international center for expertise and consulting. It was established in 2011 in Jordan and the United States, followed by the establishment of its Kuwait office in 2019.
The center specializes in conducting research studies, data collection, survey management, and fieldwork operations. It maintains partnerships with several public opinion and research institutions in the region, including the Gulf Opinions Center in Kuwait and World of Opinions in Saudi Arabia.
Through its organization and under the supervision of its General Director, the center has carried out dozens of surveys and research projects with a high level of professionalism and expertise for a wide range of local and international clients, including governmental and private institutions, as well as for-profit and non-profit organizations. These projects have been conducted across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
The center has also implemented projects for major international organizations, including the “Survey of Public Attitudes Toward Migrant Labor in Kuwait” for the International Labour Organization (ILO). In addition, it has collaborated on several academic research initiatives, such as:
- The International Social Survey Programme (ISSP) – Jordan 2018, conducted for the NORC Center at the University of Chicago.
- The “Digital Skills to Tangible Outcomes (DiSTO)” Survey (2020), carried out in collaboration with Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) in Kuwait and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
- The Arab Barometer Survey, Wave 5 (2018) and Wave 7 (2022) in Kuwait, conducted in collaboration with Princeton University.
- The “Climate Change and Economic Transformation in the State of Kuwait” Study (2025), conducted in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania, University of California, Berkeley, and the Center for Gulf and Arabian Peninsula Studies at Kuwait University.
Through these projects, the center has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality research, survey implementation, and fieldwork services for both regional and international partners.
