Professor Dr. a Jordanian academic and researcher specializing in Political Science and International Relations. He holds the rank of Professor of Political Science and earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Arizona, United States, with a major specialization in International Relations and Research Methodology, as well as minor specializations in Comparative Politics and American Government.

With more than three decades of academic and research experience, Professor Al-Hyayneh has held teaching and research positions at several leading Arab universities, including the Hashemite University and Qatar University. Throughout his career, he has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in International Relations, Political Science, Foreign Policy, Strategic Studies, and Research Methodology.

His research interests focus on International Relations, Regional Security, U.S. Foreign Policy, Middle Eastern and Gulf Affairs, Political Development, Democracy, Political Economy, and Human Rights. He has published dozens of peer-reviewed scholarly articles, participated in numerous regional and international conferences, and contributed to the preparation of strategic studies and policy reports addressing regional security, political transformations in the Middle East, and contemporary international affairs.

Professor Al-Hyayneh is widely recognized as a distinguished scholar in Political and Strategic Studies and is an active member of several academic and professional associations. He combines extensive academic, research, and consulting expertise in the analysis of regional and international political issues.
