A researcher and consultant specializing in Information Systems and Knowledge Management, with nearly twenty years of academic, professional, and training experience in scientific research, public opinion polling, strategic planning, project management, and institutional capacity development. He holds a PhD in Information Systems, specializing in Knowledge Management, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
His research interests focus on youth, public opinion, and political participation, in addition to his expertise in Information Systems and Knowledge Management. He has contributed to the design and implementation of local and international studies and public opinion surveys, including research on elections, political participation, and the cultural and media orientations of Jordanian youth. He has also published peer-reviewed academic research and participated in conferences and training programs across several Arab and Asian countries.
Dr. Al-Qudah has extensive experience in institutional consulting and training, including the design and management of survey research and public opinion studies, strategic planning, institutional quality development, data analysis, project management, and organizational transformation. He is also professionally certified as a trainer by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in the United Kingdom and has delivered training programs in leadership, management, project management, and institutional performance development.
Dr. Al-Qudah has worked at several universities and colleges in Jordan and Oman and served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He has also participated in managing large-scale research and consultancy projects, chaired scientific research committees, and reviewed research papers for international academic journals.
