Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan. He worked as a researcher and data entry specialist across several projects at the World of Opinions Center for Opinion Polls, where he participated in conducting field research through face-to-face interviews in households and public places, entering and processing data, and preparing and submitting daily reports to supervisors.
In addition to his research experience, he possesses diverse professional experience in sales, supervision, and customer service across companies and institutions in telecommunications, food industries, restaurants, and retail sectors. His responsibilities included customer follow-up, supervising work teams, handling feedback and complaints, addressing client needs, and working to improve service quality.
He has also participated in several training courses covering sales skills, customer service, and communication, enhancing his ability to interact directly with participants and respondents in field studies. He is a native Arabic speaker with good proficiency in English.
