An academic and researcher specializing in Political Science. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Helwan University, Egypt.

Dr. Farhoud has extensive academic experience in undergraduate and graduate teaching. She has taught Political Science courses at the Faculties of Commerce, Education, and Arts at Helwan University, as well as at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.

Her research interests include political systems, public opinion, political transformations, international relations, philanthropy and civil society, and human rights. She has published numerous peer-reviewed scholarly articles and has actively participated in national and international conferences and academic programs. She also contributed to the Human Rights Capacity-Building Project in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In addition, she has served as a reviewer for the Scientific Journal for Research and Commercial Studies published by Helwan University.
