A psychology specialist who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Al-Balqa Applied University and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, specializing in Measurement and Evaluation, from the University of Jordan.
Nourma has a professional interest in understanding human behavior and mental processes, psychological measurement and assessment, counseling, and mental health. She also has practical field training in mental health, including training at the National Center for Mental Health and practical training at the Medical City, which provided her with exposure to a range of fields and specialties related to mental health.
She has further developed a range of research and professional skills through specialized courses and training workshops covering public opinion polling, researcher preparation and training, interviewing and question-asking techniques in research, and active listening skills. She has also received training in the application of various psychological scales and tests and is proficient in using SPSS for statistical data analysis.
Nourma combines an academic background in psychology with practical training and research skills, alongside strong interpersonal and professional competencies, including critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, planning, teamwork, flexibility, and objectivity. She is proficient in both Arabic and English.
