Ph.D. with Honors in Business Administration (Information Systems) from Amman Arab University. His doctoral dissertation was recognized as one of the Top Five Ph.D. Dissertations in the Arab World under the Sharjah Award. He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan, and has held several academic and administrative positions, including Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Head of the Department of Project Planning and Management. He has extensive experience as a consultant and international trainer, working with government institutions in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar in the fields of leadership, crisis management, strategic planning, and organizational excellence. He is also proficient in statistical analysis (SPSS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), has supervised more than 20 graduate theses, and has published numerous research papers in entrepreneurship, management, and information systems.
