She is an expert in political and social research and in software-assisted content analysis. She earned her Ph.D. in Digital Economy with First-Class Honors from Cairo University and specializes in quantitative and qualitative research methods, as well as the analysis of virtual data and social media platforms. She has completed numerous professional training programs in quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies, including advanced courses in scientific research design and methodology at the American University in Cairo (AUC). Throughout her career, she has worked as a Principal Researcher and Project Manager for a wide range of Egyptian, Kuwaiti, regional, and international organizations, including the World Bank, the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), and the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST), among others. In addition, she has served as a trainer and lecturer on content analysis and social media analytics tools, including NVivo 14, Talkwalker, and Keyhole, delivering specialized training programs for the Center for Social Research and Studies at Cairo University as well as various other academic and professional institutions. Her expertise encompasses the collection, analysis, and interpretation of social media data using advanced digital research and content analysis methodologies.
