A social researcher specializing in field research, public opinion polling, customer experience evaluation, and service quality assurance. She has more than ten years of professional experience in managing and implementing social research and field surveys, supervising data collection operations, and translating research findings into actionable indicators and recommendations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Education.
Albalawi has extensive experience leading complex field studies and supervising data collection teams for research and evaluation projects conducted for international organizations, government institutions, civil society organizations, and businesses. Her work includes studies conducted in collaboration with the World Bank examining economic conditions, private-sector performance, and operational challenges, as well as assessments of information and communications technology companies in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, aimed at supporting workforce readiness and institutional development strategies.
Her research and evaluation experience also includes social and development studies, including an assessment of the socioeconomic challenges faced by students in public schools in collaboration with the Queen Rania Foundation, and an impact assessment of development projects and their contribution to household and family empowerment in collaboration with the Jordan River Foundation.
In the area of customer experience and quality assurance, Albalawi has conducted mystery shopping and service quality evaluations across multiple sectors, including banking, automotive, retail, and major commercial chains. She has also managed passenger satisfaction tracking and customer experience evaluation surveys at Queen Alia International Airport.
She also has extensive experience managing field operations for projects implemented by international organizations, including UNICEF, Save the Children, and Plan International. Her work has covered the Hajati cash assistance program, child labor assessment studies, and refugee social welfare evaluations. In addition, she has supervised national public opinion polls, governance performance evaluations, and democracy research projects at the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan.
