An expert in strategic planning, institutional governance, project management, and leadership development. He has held several managerial and advisory positions, including Project Manager at the World of Opinions Center (Jordan, Kuwait, and the United States), trainer and consultant for training institutions in Saudi Arabia, and organizational development, governance, and social entrepreneurship consultant for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
He has contributed to the organization and management of conferences and training forums across several Arab countries and has participated in the design and implementation of public opinion surveys and research studies covering a wide range of topics, including Kuwaiti affairs, Gulf regional issues, and the charitable, humanitarian, and non-profit sectors.
Mr. Al-Khreisat has supervised and managed the field operations of several major research projects, including the Public Attitudes Toward Migrant Workers in Kuwait Survey for the International Labour Organization (ILO); the International Social Survey Programme (ISSP) – Jordan 2018 for the NORC Center at the University of Chicago; the Digital Skills to Tangible Outcomes (DiSTO) Survey in Kuwait (2020), conducted in collaboration with the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); and the Arab Barometer Wave VII (2022) and Wave VIII (2024) in Kuwait, implemented in partnership with Princeton University, in addition to numerous other national and international research projects.
