Possesses over fifteen years of professional experience in field research and social studies, having participated in the implementation and management of numerous studies and surveys in collaboration with leading research institutions—most notably the Center for Strategic Studies, Ipsos, and NAMA Strategic Intelligence Solutions. She has contributed to executing research projects covering various social and developmental issues, backed by extensive expertise in field data collection, supervising research teams, and ensuring study quality assurance.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and combines research expertise with administrative competence. She has held supervisory and leadership positions at the King Hussein Foundation, contributing to team management, workflow organization, report preparation, and supporting the execution of development projects.
Furthermore, she has distinguished experience in training and capacity building, having worked as a trainer and facilitator in several specialized programs focused on youth empowerment, prevention of gender-based violence (GBV), life skills development, and rights awareness for persons with disabilities. She has also participated in Training of Trainers (ToT) programs in collaboration with local and international organizations.
