He is an expert in strategic planning, institutional governance, project management, and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has held a range of managerial and advisory positions, including Project Manager at World of Opinions (WoO) in Jordan, Kuwait, and the United States. He has also served as an expert and trainer for professional training institutions in Saudi Arabia and as a consultant in organizational development, governance, and community entrepreneurship for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He has played a key role in organizing and managing educational and training forums, conferences, and seminars across several Arab countries. In addition, he has contributed to the design and implementation of research studies and public opinion surveys addressing a variety of topics, including Kuwaiti affairs, Gulf issues, charitable and humanitarian work, and the non-profit sector. He has supervised and managed fieldwork operations for several major survey projects, including: The “Survey of Public Attitudes Toward Migrant Labor in Kuwait” conducted for the International Labour Organization (ILO). The International Social Survey Programme (ISSP) – Jordan 2018, implemented for the NORC Center at the University of Chicago. The “Digital Skills to Tangible Outcomes (DiSTO)” Survey (2020), conducted in collaboration with the Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) in Kuwait and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The Arab Barometer Survey, Wave 7 (2022) and Wave 8 (2024) in Kuwait, conducted in collaboration with Princeton University. In addition to these projects, he has contributed to numerous other research initiatives, bringing extensive expertise in survey implementation, fieldwork management, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based policy research.
