Dr. Al-Nsour is an academic and international expert in management and information systems, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Information Systems) and a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management. He possesses extensive consulting and training experience, having worked with major public and private sector institutions, including the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates and SEECO in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Al-Nsour specializes in the design and development of training programs, strategic and tactical planning, institutional assessment, and organizational development. His research contributions focus on the impact of technology and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) on the efficiency of regional and future planning. He also has advanced expertise in statistical analysis using SPSS, as well as in the financial and administrative management of organizations in accordance with the latest international standards and best practices.
