Along with ten international and Arab institutions concerned with public opinion research, World of Opinion Poll Center participated, as a silver sponsor, in the activities of the 73rd Annual Conference of the World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR), and the 7th Conference of the General Assembly of WAPOR Members for Latin America, which was held online between 6- This October 10, it was supposed to be held in the Kingdom of Spain before the health developments imposed by the Corona pandemic.
The conference was a mix of pre-recorded and live presentations, allowing participants to watch pre-recorded presentations starting October 1 and then join the allocated session times as part of a live discussion meeting with paper presenters and other interested participants during the conference period.

Which dealt with the Hajj Index, which was implemented by the World of Opinion Center for Opinion Polls after the 2018 Hajj season. The paper dealt with the definition of Hajj as a religious duty, Jordan and the Hajj season, the goals sought from implementing the index, the scientific methodology, and the topics covered by the index, with a presentation of the services and activities that received the highest rating. The lowest levels of satisfaction were among Jordanian pilgrims whose opinions were polled in the index, in addition to a set of recommendations that would contribute to improving and developing the services provided to pilgrims.
It is noteworthy that this conference is held annually and brings together a large number of specialists and researchers in the field of public opinion from various parts of the world.
